Every Day Make Up Lips and Eyes Combo’s

During the holiday season it’s always so nice to have a nice natural make up look. Over bronzed and tanned skin can look out of place, especially in the ever changing Irish Climate. Natural looking skin with a gleaming glow and hint of glamour is what I think is essential. I have chosen a lip and eye combo that I feel really captures this look.

Eyes – MAC pigment in Rose – this pigment is just so simple and delicate. You can apply it richly to create a deep rose colour or just a little glide to create a light shimmer. The pigment has a really healthy glow and last all day.

Lips – Super Colour Sexy Mother Pucker Lip Plumping Lip Gloss by Soap and Glory, shade yummy plumy.

This is a great lip gloss for anyone who wants the bee stung lip look!! Once it is applied you will feel a slight tingly sensation in your lips, this is where this funky little lip gloss does the plumping action. The colour is a fabulous long lasting deep pink/plum with a glossy finish.

This Christmas MAC annual holiday collection fails to disappoint. The collection is titled GLAMOUR DAZE and it is simply gorgeous!! Eyes, Lips, face, Bags and Brushes are the categories and each item in the collection is excellent value for money. Finding it hard to decide between all the items I chose one from each category settling on the peach and coral collections for the lips and face and the browns and taupe’s for the eyes. New Kérastase Elixir

Got this product as part of the Kérastase Christmas gift set from the ever fabulous profile hair design salon. I regularly use the Kerastase Reflection range for colour treated hair so this was an added bonus. Have to say it’s fabulous and gives other known brand hair oils a fun for their money. Hair is full of body, bouncy and just in general feels really nice. You only need a small amount so it will last ages. The gifts sets are hard to find now as big in demand but as mentioned try Profile or beautyfeatures.ie - a great website

Hello World 🌈

So here we are Christmas Day 2012 🎄
After much postponing, hesitation and self doubt I have finally taken to the blogger ledge and am taking the plunge ! After a rather testing and to be honest difficult year I am making a Christmas promise to myself - to do more things that make me smile 😻. One sure fire way of slapping a tight curler of a smile of this polished face is what I call a "great little find".
My great little finds are simple little things from a Primark haul of bits n treats to the MAC fabulous gleaming lipstick to a simple cup of flavoured tea! All these little finds are a treasurer waiting to be unwrapped. This combined with a strong love if all things cosmetic n make up related has given me the passion to go seek out some great little finds, try them and share my experiences with any one who is generous enough to share a few moments of their time with me. So this Christmas Day my wish is go forth, seek out, try out and share out! I'll no doubt throw in a few hits n misses at the whole life n trying to live it !
